S&I Representatives

S&I representatives assist priesthood leaders by coordinating all S&I programs in a way that helps youth and young adults deepen their conversion to Jesus Christ and His gospel. Representatives seek to establish and maintain meaningful relationships with local priesthood leaders, to provide timely reports and helpful information, and to counsel and work together with priesthood leaders to effectively administer S&I programs. They strive to build the capability of seminary and institute teachers, stake supervisors, S&I missionaries, and staff by providing orientation, training, and support through regular inservice opportunities and other frequent interactions. They work with local Church leaders to increase the enrollment and participation of students in S&I programs. Most S&I representatives also teach one or more classes.
