Carol Costley

Young Women Council

Sister Costley received her master’s degree from Brigham Young University and worked many years as CEO of a nonprofit organization based in Utah and California. The organization provided services for people with developmental disabilities living in community settings. She has also helped people leaving nursing facilities find housing of their choosing. Currently, she is working as a therapist with inmates struggling with mental health and substance abuse issues as they transition from prison to the community. Sister Costley volunteers in her community through local theater, counseling groups, and disability organizations. She and her husband, Jerry, have five children and are loving grandparents.
