The LDS Church has introduced a new Stretch Cotton garment style for women, available February 20, 2018, that is designed for increased comfort and a close fit.
The Stretch Cotton fabric is 95% cotton and 5% spandex, which makes the garment more comfortable for a variety of body types and climates around the world.
“The design of the new Stretch Cotton garment is a direct response to customer feedback, and has been tested with more than 1,000 women around the world,” said Angie White, garment product manager. “We’ve tried to address common concerns while enhancing features that sisters have requested.”
Beginning January 24, 2018, customers in the U.S. and Canada may place pre-orders for the product at a Distribution Services retail store, including Deseret Book stores with a Distribution Services section, at store.ChurchofJesusChrist.org/garments, or by calling Customer Support at (800) 537-5971. Stretch Cotton garments for women will be available throughout the world by the end of 2018.
