The Salt Lake Temple is a place for worshipping the Savior and is a central feature of Temple Square. This 17-minute film illustrates the history of the Salt Lake Temple, the seismic renovations happening today, and the significance of temples to Latter-day Saints.

The Salt Lake Temple is currently closed for multiple years of seismic renovations and enhancements. When it is completed, all will be invited to explore the historic building during a multiday open house.

This film repeats every 30 minutes in the alcove viewing areas on the Terrace level of the Conference Center. It is available in English, Spanish, and Mandarin.

Time to view: 17 minutes
