November

Monday, November 11 — Veterans Day concert, Tabernacle, time TBD. This concert features the Utah National Guard 23rd Army Band and a combined choir from the Granite School District. Their presentation honors our nation’s heroes.
Saturday, November 16 — “Come Lord Jesus”, 2024 Church Music Festival, Tabernacle and global broadcast time Saturday, November 16, 2024. This annual concert introduces new music resources available to Church members and friends. This program highlights new sacred Church music in various languages and styles and focuses on hymns and children’s songs. The event includes both live and prerecorded pieces.
Thursday, November 21 through Saturday, December 28 — Savior of the World, Conference Center Theater. Free tickets are required for this musical theater production, ticket availability date and performance times are TBD. This Christmas season, experience the sacred story of Jesus Christ’s birth, life, and glorious Resurrection through drama and music that bears testimony of the Son of God, the Savior of the World.
Friday, November 29 — Come and Behold Him, Tabernacle and broadcast, 7:00 p.m. Free tickets required, available beginning October 15, 2024. Temple Square Performances features film score composer Jonathan Keith and 11 new arrangements of beloved Christmas songs in the concert and album Come and Behold Him. Guest artists include soloists Kevin Odekirk, Madilyn Paige, Tanner James, and Sonja Poulter, as well as the Giddins family, the Salt Lake Choral Artists and professional orchestra under the direction of Dr. Brady Allred.
Saturday, November 30 through Monday, December 23 — Christmas on Temple Square performances, detailed schedule to follow. Join us for daily performances on Temple Square and at other nearby locations featuring choirs sponsored by school, church, and community organizations, as well as various string, flute, guitar, and bell ensembles.
