Join us for free concerts at the Brigham Young Historic Park on Temple Square. Concerts are held on Friday evenings throughout the summer. These hour-long concerts are open to the public, and all ages are welcome. No ticket needed. With a wide variety of musical styles, there’s something for everyone. 7:30 p.m. in the Brigham Young Park
Join Tiffany Mortensen, Sarah Munsell, Seth Gruber, and Heidi Burnard for an evening of classical music with melodies you are sure to recognize. Enjoy selections from opera’s most beloved arias, American art songs, and African American spirituals. Music such as Carmen’s Habanera, the famous Flower Duet, Deep River, and the popular song Time To Say Goodbye are sure to captivate and stir the soul.

Hailing from the Sugar House suburb of Salt Lake City, the Stratford Street Big Band features the lush three-part harmonies of the Sugar Sisters. The twenty-piece community big band/vocal trio has entertained audiences for over 15 years. Showcasing music from the Great American Songbook Era to the Big Band Swing Era, they also feature contemporary arrangements of popular Latin, rock, and Rhythm & Blues artists. The Stratford Street Big Band and Sugar Sisters specialize in performing an entertaining repertoire that is designed to make your evening memorable.

Join us for a fun night of classic rock & roll featuring a local favorite, Blasted Past. This fun, energetic band will have you up dancing and grooving to your favorite rock hits from the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s. Blasted Past has been entertaining Utah audiences for over 17 years. Focusing on classic rock with other genres peppered in the mix, all members are multi-talented musicians and vocalists comprising many years of expertise and versatility.

In 2008, Halau Ku Pono I Kamalani began teaching hula and other Pacific Island cultures in Utah. This group is comprised of performers of all ages. They believe in perpetuating the Native Hawaiian and Pacific Island cultures by sharing knowledge through their dances. They want the world to see the cultures through authentic eyes. They will bring a touch of paradise to you!

Join us to enjoy Broadway touring veteran Dallyn Vail Bayles and musician Ross Boothe performing their concert: Anthems of Hope: An Evening of Inspirational Broadway. This uplifting concert will feature songs from Les Misérables, Phantom of the Opera, Man of La Mancha, South Pacific and many others.
