August begins today, and we have a special challenge for you: Be active for at least 31 minutes a day for all 31 days!

Here are some ideas you could try:

  • Walk (this would be especially appropriate for Sundays)
  • Jog
  • Ride a bike
  • Try workout routines from other posts
  • Roller blade
  • Swim
  • Snowshoe
  • Play a sport like soccer or basketball
  • Yoga
  • Stretch
