August begins today, and we have a special challenge for you: Be active for at least 31 minutes a day for all 31 days!
Here are some ideas you could try:
- Walk (this would be especially appropriate for Sundays)
- Jog
- Ride a bike
- Try workout routines from other posts
- Roller blade
- Swim
- Snowshoe
- Play a sport like soccer or basketball
- Yoga
- Stretch
