This general conference, we heard stories about courageous youth from all over the world.
One of these amazing youth was an 18-year-old girl from Haiti named Djadjou. Her family’s house was destroyed in a terrible earthquake. Talk about devastating!
How did Djadjou react? She decided to help others! She helped an elderly woman who was struggling. She helped other Church members pass out food and hygiene kits. She was hurting, and yet she helped.
See the picture above, of boys in Peru working together to move something heavy? Who helps you do hard things in your life? Jesus Christ could be at the top of that list. He will always help when you turn to Him.
What other stories about awesome youth can you remember from general conference? Let’s be courageous today and try to help others, even if it’s hard. You can be a powerful force for good in this world!
