Here’s Landon’s experience!

“I live in the Bible Belt, an area of the United States where basically everyone has a church. Since we all have high values, it’s a lot easier to live my standards when we have each other to lean on.

“My Hindu friends, Christian friends, and atheist friends are all very supportive of my values. When they have questions, I answer them, and they listen to me. Then we can get a better understanding of each other.

“They respect my values, and I respect theirs. And we’re all striving to help make a better environment for everyone else.”

Respect Check

Do you friends—whether they are members of our Church or of another faith—respect your beliefs? If not, maybe it’s time to think about nurturing new friendships.
