Join us in this month’s marathon challenge.

Lace up your running shoes because it’s not too late to start the month-long marathon challenge!

We are walking or running one mile (1.6 kilometers) every day except Sundays to reach our goal of 26.2 miles this month.

Don’t worry if you’ve missed a day—just start now! You could go a few extra days to make up the miles or do a little more each day.

Here are some ways to make your mile more fun:

  • Listen to music.
  • Run or walk with a friend or family member.
  • Break your mile into intervals where you run for 30 seconds and then walk for a minute.
  • Listen to a book or a podcast.
  • Run somewhere beautiful.
