President Russell M. Nelson’s birthday is Monday, September 9, and there’s going to be a special broadcast that evening in his honor. While it might not include cake, it almost certainly will include uplifting music and inspiring messages!
Did you hear that a birthday card for the prophet set a new Guinness World Record? More than 31,000 people signed it at a recent young single adult conference! That card is now on display in the lobby of the Conference Center.1
But what President Nelson really asked for—even more than cake or cards—was for each of us to spend time reaching out to “the one,” or thinking about how other people have showed us kindness.
