Kendall has a testimony that taking notes can help you both learn and share what you’ve learned with others.
“I have a journal specific to general conference where I take notes,” she said.
After conference weekend, she prays for help remembering the messages.
“Most of the time for me, the revelation I receive is not what the speakers said directly, but how the Spirit communicated to me individually,” she said.
Kendall enjoys sharing what she learned—her youth group usually has an activity dedicated to sharing conference insights.
“Don’t be afraid to personalize conference,” she said.
