Ingredients
- 1 pineapple, cut into rings
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 3 tablespoons shredded coconut (optional)
Directions
- Whisk together honey and lime juice.
- Brush each pineapple ring with the mixture.
- Grease a skillet and warm to medium heat.
- Cook pineapple about 3 minutes each side, until brown and caramelized.
