No matter how hard life gets!

Have you ever wished that the Savior could come and give you a hug, or hold you when you were feeling sad?

Mormon wrote that we are “in the hands of God” (Mormon 5:23).

Follow this link to watch a video about an artist named Jenedy who created a beautiful painting after one of her children died. It was a season of grief and sadness for her—but also a season where the Savior held and helped her.

How can you feel more “held” by the Savior? Start by doing things to invite His Spirit more fully throughout the day. Listen to gospel music. Read the scriptures. Immerse yourself in His world, and you will find that He is eager to comfort and spiritually hold you!
