War is always a tragedy. It’s even worse when it’s two unrighteous groups destroying each other—a war where nobody is “right.” That’s what Mormon helplessly witnessed near the end of his life.
He said the wickedness, brutality, and carnage were beyond description (see Moroni 9:19). A short video like this can help us imagine it—but only a little. A movie that showed the horror and suffering of combat with total lifelike accuracy would probably be too awful to watch.
Finding Peace
