The Sacred Grove Welcome Center is a space for guests to gather and begin their visit to the Sacred Grove Historic Site. Situated next to the parking area, the Welcome Center allows visitors to relax from travel and meet missionaries who lead tours through the Smith Family Farm.

While waiting for a tour, visitors can enjoy the artwork and a view through large windows of the Smith farm and its surroundings, including the log home on historic Stafford Road, the Smith Farm Home, Crooked Creek, orchards, fields, meadows, fences, and the wooded area representing the Sacred Grove.


What to Expect


Exhibits are available for groups to view in the Sacred Grove Welcome Center. Visitors are welcome to stay as long as they’d like, but a typical visit is 8 to 10 minutes. Groups can meet outside the Welcome Center to take a tour of the buildings on the Smith Family Farm.
