She served as a “Come, Follow Me” facilitator, ward service committee member, Family Home Evening leader, and full-time missionary in the Londrina Brazil and Orlando Florida missions.

Currently, she is an executive vice president and chief content officer for Bonneville International, serves on several community boards, and is a host for The Tabernacle Choir at Temple Square’s weekly broadcast, Music & the Spoken Word. She is a former SVP of global public affairs, worked for 25 years as a television news anchor and reporter throughout the United States, taught broadcast journalism at BYU, and was a member of the Church Public Affairs media team and Church spokesperson.
