When you enroll in any online educational program offered by the Institutions through this site, you acknowledge that you agree to be subject to the academic policies and student services policies applicable to the particular institution in which you enroll; such policies being provided to you as part of the process at the time you submit your application to that institution.
Information Release
As applicable to the application process, I hereby authorize the Institutions to examine, as deemed necessary, my academic preparation, moral character, respect for others, and commitment to live by the standards of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints ("Church"). I also authorize the Institutions and their employees and agents to inspect and make copies of any documents, records, notes, evaluations, scores, letters, recommendations, endorsements, statements of opinion, or other information pertaining to me and considered part of my application, admission file, or student record (collectively, the “Student Record”).
I release the Institutions and their employees and agents from liability for damages of every nature and kind occurring in the performance of and within the scope of their official duties when considering my application and Student Record.
I further release from liability for damages of every nature and kind each and every person or entity who discloses or communicates to the Institutions any information included in my Student Record.
