Haircuts for the Homeless

A group of friends has organized events called “Care Cuts – a mission to love, uplift & improve.” They provide haircuts, manicures, makeovers, face painting and clothing to men, women and children in need. They have the ability to transform people and give them the gift of self-esteem, as well as feeling that there is indeed good in the world.
