Elder Kyle S. McKay is a General Authority Seventy and assistant executive director of the Church History Department. In this episode Elder McKay explains the aftermath of the passage of the Edmunds-Tucker Act in 1887, including the disincorporation of the Church and Perpetual Emigrating Fund.
