Why would the Church of Christ and Heavenly Father or God be different now than it was when He was here on the earth? It just doesn't make sense to me, because when I read the scriptures, we had prophets then giving us revelation. Why not now? And why would that stop? Why would God not allow someone to converse with Him to let us know what's going on? When I started learning here about the Church and how it's set up with the apostles and a prophet, to me that makes perfect sense, because that's how it was then.

Why shouldn't we have apostles now and prophets to help us in a world that is so confused and looking for answers? And it's something that you really need to build a testimony on. You need to ask if you believe that. And I've done that several times, and I really feel good about that, and I have no doubt in my mind that this Church is run the same way it was when Christ was on the earth.
