Wherefore, now let every man learn his duty and to act in the office in which he is appointed in all diligence. When we receive the priesthood, God entrusts us with His power. And He gives us the authority to do great things. The priesthood, it's a thing of power that all young men of The Church of Jesus Christ Latter-day Saints have. And it's something that you earn by doing what you know is right and doing what God wants you to do. A priested man is someone that has risen to the occasion of holding the priesthood.

A priesthood holder, you have to keep your covenant in what you believe. If you really believe, you will keep your covenant. [SPEAKING SPANISH] I trust these boys 100%. And I trust that they will make the right decisions and they'll do what they're told. The reason why is because they are holders of the Aaronic Priesthood. To have that power makes me want to be better, just because what's done for me and other people makes you want to do better, try harder, and serve everybody. When they're given tasks, we shouldn't expect them to fail. We should expect them to succeed because they have that power. They have that power within them to do so. [SPEAKING SPANISH] Having the priesthood changes every decision I make. If I didn't have the priesthood, I think I would make more wrong decisions than I do now. Like, I have to base my decisions on the priesthood and the Lord, what He wants and not what I want. The Lord trusted a 14-year-old boy with the Restoration of the gospel and its dispensation. He can certainly trust other 14-year-old boys in the 21st century in the same way with priesthood keys and priesthood responsibility and carrying the gospel to their friends, their families, people they know and can influence to come unto Christ. Why wouldn't He trust them? He does. He acts through them and will be very successful through them. The Aaronic Priesthood has a great work to do. And God has given it to you in order to do that work. Just like He gave Moses a work to do, each of you has a work to perform in the Aaronic Priesthood.
