The Leadership Training Library section of LDS.org is designed to help you learn and apply handbook principles in your calling. How do you use the library?

On the right side of the screen, these four images of the Savior represent the leadership principles from Handbook 2, chapter 3. Click on these circles to learn about how to prepare spiritually, counsel together, minister to others, and teach the gospel. As you do, the names of available training videos will appear here, in this box located under the video player. Whatever else you are doing in the Leadership Training Library, videos about leadership principles are always available for your reference behind these images of the Savior and His ministry. Depending on your current calling, videos specifically for you can be accessed through links across the top of the page. Click the name of your organization to find training videos for leaders in the bishopric, high priests, elders, Aaronic Priesthood, Relief Society, Young Women, Primary, Sunday School, ward mission, or young single adults. Again, as you click on one of these links, you'll find the training videos listed in the box below the video screen. Organized according to handbook headings, the name of each training film is followed by a link to its related handbook passage, making it easy to watch a concept in action and then review the handbook principle on which it is based. By clicking here at the bottom of the page, you can download videos to show in council meetings, presidency meetings, and priesthood and auxiliary training meetings. Most videos begin and end with learning helps, including a simple introduction, questions, and summaries. When downloading a video, many leaders will choose not to include these teaching helps in favor of facilitating their own interactive discussions. In addition to the videos now in the library, new training films will be added throughout the year, including special instruction on important leadership topics. We invite you to use the library as you personally learn and apply handbook principles in your own calling and as you lead others in learning the handbook principles that apply to them.
