[SPEAKING FOREIGN LANGUAGE] [MUSIC PLAYING] "Seeing the multitudes, [Jesus] went up into a mountain: and. . . his disciples came unto him: And he opened his mouth, and taught them. . . . And. . . the people were astonished at his doctrine: For he taught them as one having authority." Jesus Christ was the master teacher. Leaders in His church today seek to follow His example.

[SPEAKING FOREIGN LANGUAGE] As they study His life and ministry, Church leaders learn to teach in the way the Savior did. He loved those He taught.

[SPEAKING FOREIGN LANGUAGE] The Savior taught the pure doctrine of the kingdom.

[SPEAKING FOREIGN LANGUAGE] The Savior taught to meet the specific needs of others, and to help them grow spiritually.

[SPEAKING FOREIGN LANGUAGE] As leaders study the life and ministry of the Savior, they find many powerful examples of effective teaching.

As they strive to implement each principle in their own service, the Lord blesses them to teach as He taught. They are filled with love for His children. And His Spirit carries their message into the hearts of those they teach.

Inspired by that spirit, class members apply what they learn in their own lives. Their faith increases, and their hearts change. This is why teachers strive to teach in the Savior's way--to help others become His true disciples.

Throughout the leadership training library, you will find many examples of leaders who strive to follow the Savior's example as they teach the gospel.
