This is the Lord's work. He's guided us, He's directed us. There is no way three little women from the backgrounds we have could step into a place like this that work in an organization that has global and epic work to do, and know how to do it without the Lord helping us. I can't-- I don't-- there have been few nights that I haven't laid awake at some point in the night pleading with the Lord to help me see what I need to see and do what I need to do and to envision what He wants me to envision. He wakes us up, and He teaches us, and He gives us confidence and shores us up. When we don't even have faith in ourselves, we can have faith in the Lord and trust that it's His work. Despite our imperfections, despite our mistakes, despite our failings, He somehow moves it and pulls out the miracles, and the people come in place and the relationships happen. And when we are enough, then He is mightier than all the earth. And that is my testimony. I know that Joseph Smith went into a grove of trees and offered a sincere prayer to know which Church was true. And because of that prayer all this other has come about, that it didn't just bless those people in the Smith family, it didn't just help the few who gathered to establish the Church in New York. It's spread now throughout the world into little branches, and it starts in the lives of a Silvia Allred and in a little place in El Salvador or somewhere else. And it isn't us that make it great. The Lord builds the Church by building His people.

And that's how He does His work. And there is no organization to match it on the face of the Earth. There is no intrinsic power or intelligence in man that he can do it.

All the power belongs to the Lord. And He gives us gifts, and He magnifies those gifts and makes it possible for us to help Him, and that's our blessing. And I say that in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
