[MUSIC PLAYING] Welcome to priests quorum. Today, Bishop Ahmud is going to be presiding. He's asked me to conduct today. Thayer, can you review assignments for last week, please? All right. Last week we got an assignment from the bishop that Sister Wycherly needed the sacrament taken to her. And so Scott and Tanner, can you report on that? OK. Yeah. It went well. It was a really cool experience for me because it was my first time ever doing a sacrament at someone's house. Does anybody have something to say about home teaching? So, my dad and I went and visited our family earlier this month, and they were extremely happy to see us. The Spirit was really strong. We gave them a really good lesson, and it was a really good experience. Thanks, you guys, for sharing. Now let's move back to John for any further business. OK. So for this week's activity, we're going to be going to the trampoline park. Part of the reason why we're going to the trampoline park is because I haven't seen Brian in a while, and I'm hoping that this activity, he'll enjoy. So does anybody have any ideas of how we can maybe make him fit in and feel that we love him, that he's a part of this quorum? I know that Brian really likes getting out and being active. So I could give him a call and maybe pick him up and take him over to the church, if you need me to. I had something. Just lately, I've been texting him, and we've just kind of been talking. He's actually a really cool kid. I mean, I feel like he could easily fit in with this group. And me and him, we were just talking. I was thinking about taking him out to dinner and maybe going to see a movie this Friday night. OK. Yeah, that would be great if you could do that. And so while we were in our presidency meeting, we were discussing a scripture. It was D&C 84:106. And Jonathan, if you could read that, that would be great. "And if any man among you be strong in the Spirit, let him take with him ... that is weak, that he may be edified in all meekness, that he may become strong also." So it seems that Brian may seem a little weak. And I think it's important this week that we help him become strong in the Church again, maybe help him with his testimony. And then last week, I know that we all committed to read our scriptures for our Duty to God. My plan was to read it every morning and night. And one of the scriptures I just read was Ephesians 6:11.

It says, "Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil." And I just really felt like when I was reading my scriptures, I was able to resist Satan's temptations more. And then also praying and going to church and going to seminary and attending the temple helped me as well. Does anybody have any other feelings or experiences they would like to share that they had this week? So, the plan that I made was to start reading the Preach My Gospel because I've been working on my mission papers lately. And a section that I read was in the purposes of missionary work, and it said that there are people all over the world who are searching for the truth that we have, but they don't know where to find it. It's made me want to go on my mission even more now because they don't have the things that we have, and it's our responsibility to give them that. Thanks, Tyson, for your thought that you shared today. And thank you, everybody else, for your thoughts and your experiences. I really feel the Spirit when you guys are speaking. And so last week, during our presidency meeting, we were talking about what our lesson should be, and we had the impression that this lesson would best fit our quorum and their needs. And we asked Carter to teach that lesson. So I'll turn the time over to Carter. So today's lesson is going to be about avoiding contention and coming together as a quorum. So I'd like everybody to turn your scriptures to Ephesians 6. OK. Thanks, Carter, for that great lesson. Thanks for the comments, you guys. I just want to let you guys know that I love each and every one of you guys. And I hope you guys have a great week. But just remember that next Sunday we're going to be blessing the sacrament and representing the Savior. So just make sure you guys stay worthy and do what you guys are supposed to do. And I love you guys. And Josh, want to say the closing prayer, please? [MUSIC PLAYING]
