So I've been praying lately about Brian. It'd be good if we go out and strengthen him. "And if any man among you be strong in the Spirit, let him take with him ... that is weak." I think the most successful thing that I can do as a teachers quorum president is to always be looking for the one and save the one. All right, so we already know what we're doing this week; we're going to Rob's wrestling match, which will help him a lot. Sometimes I think we don't know how much we can influence somebody's life. So I think being president means making sure that I'm there and I love them and I'm there to care for them and make sure that I'm fulfilling their needs. So maybe if one of us goes over and goes to his house to try and pick him up and show that we really do notice that he's not there ... I think the most important thing that quorum presidents do is to first lead by example, and second, to love their quorum members. I'm just here to be by their side and help them on their journey back to Heavenly Father and to strengthen them. And I think with both of those, the Spirit will be so strong in the quorum that great things can happen. I think the most effective thing that I can do is reach out to those who are struggling in my quorum and invite them to come unto Christ and to come closer to the Church and to keep the commandments. One thing that could be really effective for Brian is if maybe we all had a group prayer for him, maybe kept him in our individual prayers as well, and even fasted for him. When I was called to be a bishop--there are a lot of fears I think a person can have. For me, my biggest fear was, could I love these young men and young women?

And could I love them the way that the Savior loves them? And He has blessed me with that. I have seen great miracles happen in the lives of these young men and young women, and I know that is because the Lord loves them. They have a work to do. They're a part of a generation who will go forth and will raise the level of spirituality, the level of hope, and the level of love that people have for the Lord.
