For years I have studied the scriptures in English. Now, obviously I studied scriptures in Portuguese as well. But because I did not have in Portuguese all the resources that I had in English, I turned my heart to the scriptures in English. But over the years, I waited for the scriptures to be available in Portuguese the same way I studied the scriptures in English, as a second language for me. So I imagine the impact worldwide for the Portuguese-speaking members is going to be the same impact that it will have in my life. The first set that I'll put my hands on--on the new set of the scriptures that will include the Bible in it--I can say that I will certainly feast in the scriptures, because it's my mother language, and that will make all difference in the world for me. And I'm sure this will make all the difference in the world for all the members that speak Portuguese throughout the world.
