It's a feeling that you cannot deny. It's something that sticks with you. Even if you have doubts about it, it sticks with you. For everybody it's a bit different, but you can have a thought come to your mind, a moment of clarity, a feeling in your heart. I'll feel a strong confirmation telling me that what I'm doing is a good thing or what I'm deciding to do is the right thing to do. [MUSIC PLAYING]

The Holy Ghost helps communicate. It can comfort. It can teach us. It speaks to us in a way that we understand it.

I feel this surety at the very center of my being. I feel faith and I feel confidence. It's almost like a feeling. It comes different to everyone, but for me it's always a feeling. I just know I feel that it's right. [MUSIC PLAYING]

He's always there and He enables you to make good decisions, to be able to make clear what is good from bad, even if it's a really confusing situation. [MUSIC PLAYING]

The Holy Ghost can help everyone if they have a willing heart and if they're willing to be obedient to the commandments that God has for us. Heavenly Father has not left us alone. He's actually providing a way for us to always be in--sort of in conversation with Him. That is done through the Holy Ghost. That is done by kneeling down every day, praying, and let that feeling flow into you so that you know, actually, that you're having that conversation with Him. I strive to live close to the Spirit every day by following the commandments, and I pray every day to have His Spirit so that I can bless others. [MUSIC PLAYING, THUNDER ROLLS]

[RAIN PITTER-PATTERING] I've had some lows experienced in my life where I felt very alone. And I think the only thing that kept me from giving up completely on life was that Holy Ghost saying, "Hey"--it wasn't a loud voice; it was a quiet voice--and it would say, "Hey, Heavenly Father loves you. It's going to be OK." [MUSIC PLAYING]

When I feel the Holy Spirit, it's real to me to the point where it pushes me to become a better version of myself, to always evaluate myself, and to see all my weaknesses and to work on them. [MUSIC PLAYING]

If you listen and you just trust--I think it's just all about really trusting with all your heart, might, mind, and strength, and just knowing that Heavenly Father is in control, and that through the Holy Spirit you can have access to what you need. [MUSIC PLAYING]
