Taking up trail running has been fantastic for me. I love being out in the wilderness. I love to see the beauty of the trees. It gives me a chance to ponder. And a lot of times I find myself, as I'm running, pondering scriptures that are in the Book of Mormon. And it helps me solve problems in my life.

Moroni chapter 7, verse 13: "But behold, that which is of God inviteth and enticeth to do good continually; wherefore, every thing which inviteth and enticeth to do good, and to love God, and to serve him, is inspired of God." As you prayerfully study the Book of Mormon every day, I promise that as you ponder what you study, the windows of heaven will open, and you will receive answers to your own questions and direction for your own life.
