How to overcome feelings of failure or that I'm not making it. Within my life, I feel like--or I feel like we all go through these moments of failure, these feelings of not feeling like we're up to par. And a lot of times, I feel like it's because of a situation that we can't control. We feel like we're not at a place that we need to be, and we compare ourselves. And I think what has helped me a lot is realizing that if I ever feel like a failure, it's, in a way, it's kind of like it's like my fault. It's because of something I've gone through, and I'm allowing myself to feel like I'm not good enough. Whenever I have those moments, I look at the things that I can control. I look at my family, my friends, or even like my favorite kind of music or movies. And I feel like looking at that, those things, will always make me happy. And that certainly allows me to pick myself back up and allows me to get to the point of wanting to move forward, wanting to look at how I can overcome this failure, how I can learn from it, how I can grow from it.
