The day dawn is breaking, the world is awaking, The clouds of night’s darkness are fleeing away.
The worldwide commotion, from ocean to ocean, Now heralds the time of the beautiful day.
Beautiful day of peace and rest,
Bright be thy dawn from east to west.
Hail to thine earliest welcome ray,
Beautiful, bright, millennial day.
In many a temple the Saints will assemble And labor as saviors of dear ones away. Then happy reunion and sweetest communion We’ll have with our friends in the beautiful day.
Beautiful day of peace and rest,
Bright be thy dawn from east to west.
Hail to thine earliest welcome ray,
Beautiful, bright, millennial day.
Still let us be doing, our lessons reviewing, Which God has revealed for our walk in his way;
And then, wondrous story, the Lord in his glory Will come in his power in the beautiful day.
Beautiful day of peace and rest,
Bright be thy dawn from east to west.
Hail to thine earliest welcome ray,
Beautiful, bright, millennial day.
Then pure and supernal, our friendship eternal, With Jesus we’ll live, and his counsels obey
Until every nation will join in salvation And worship the Lord of the beautiful day.
Beautiful day of peace and rest, Bright be thy dawn from east to west. Hail to thine earliest welcome ray, Beautiful, bright, millennial day.
Beautiful, bright,
millennial day.

Today I’ll be Baptized, and I’m happy as can be.
I want to follow Jesus, and feel God’s love for me.
I know when I’m Baptized, I will promise to be true:
To choose the right and share His light until my journey’s through.
When I am Baptized, I will join the Father’s fold.
This special cov’nant I’ll make with promises to hold.
I will be happy as I feel my faith increase.
By serving others willingly, I’ll know the Savior’s peace.
Baptism is the first step along the Cov’nant path
That leads to Heavenly Father and all the Father hath.
I’ll take upon the name of Christ, I’ll follow in His way
By keeping His commandments
as I go throughout each day.
After I’m Baptized, I will heed the still small voice.
The Holy Ghost will help me to make a better choice.
When I’m not perfect, I know I can repent:
With power from Christ’s Atonement, I’ll take the Sacrament.
Baptism is the first step along the Cov’nant path
That leads to Heavenly Father and all the Father hath.
I’ll take upon the name of Christ, I’ll follow in His way
By keeping His commandments
as I go throughout each day.

When I’m sad, or I’m lost,
When my heart is broken, When my friends turn away Or harsh words are spoken,
There’s a place I can turn
When I need heaven’s wisdom.
I can speak from my heart
And I know He will listen.
I will say a prayer and God will hear, He’s always there beside me. He will rescue me, He’ll comfort me And always gently guide me. Each time I pray, I feel His love; A quiet peace surrounds me,
For in my heart I seem to feel His loving arms around me.

I fix my eyes on Him.
The sounds and lights of the world grow dim.
And I can clearly see
My Savior, right in front of me.
He beckons me to come,
To step into the great unknown. I choose to act in faith, With each step lifted by His grace. I look to Him and walk in faith.
He lifts me up with power and strength.
And He is with me. He is with me,
Ev’ry step along the way.
When winds and storms arise,
And I am tempted to shift my eyes,
I find no comfort there,
I’m reaching, on my own and scared.
But when I reach for Him,
I hush the fears that rage within,
And I can feel Him near,
Ready to save me from doubt and fear.
I look to Him and walk in faith.
He lifts me up with power and strength.
And He is with me. He is with me,
Ev’ry step along the way.
There is no trouble I can face
That could ever keep me from His grace.
So if I turn my gaze, If I look away, He is calling me to recall my faith, He is ready with power to save. I look to Him and walk in faith.
He lifts me up with power and strength.
And He is with me. He is with me, He is with me,
Ev’ry step along the way.

I am lying on the ground.
It gets lonely here with darkness all around me, But in the distance is a sound.
I can barely hear, but it’s assuredly singing
Come follow me
Come follow me.
Hold my hand it’s only water. You won’t drown because I’ll hold you if you
Come follow me
Come follow me.
The wind is stronger every hour.
My feet are slipping and the waves are getting higher, But I can tell the voice is louder.
With every note I feel my hand is grasping tighter. He sings: Come follow me
Come follow me
Hold my hand it’s only water. You won’t drown because I’ll hold you if you
Come follow me
Come follow me.
Even when it feels the Shepherd Has left you to find the one
Or that your tears are only adding to the sea
I can promise you that he’s singing Wherever you may go To come, come follow me.
We are standing hand in hand.
The waves are calm and I’m not looking
At the land because We are a beautifully broken band
and I am an instrument who lets the Maestro lead again. He sings: Come follow me
Come follow me
Hold my hand it’s only water You won’t drown because I’ll hold you if you Come follow me
Come follow me
Come follow me
Come follow me.

Let me see in each new morning Witness of thy gracious hand,
See in earth’s bright gifts and glories Thy wondrous plan.
Touch thou my eyes, That I may see.
Let me see in trial or sorrow Joy for ashes, peace for pain,
Promise of a fresh tomorrow--
Sun after rain.
Touch thou my eyes, That I may see.
In the eyes of ev’ry stranger
Let me see a kindred face.
Help me share with ev’ry neighbor
Thy love and grace.
Touch thou my eyes, That I may see.
Let me see past earthly endings Resurrection’s glorious day.
Help me trust in new beginnings,
Walking thy way.
Touch thou my eyes, That I may see.

How wondrous and great Thy works, God of praise! How just, King of Saints, And true are thy ways!
Oh, who shall not fear thee And honor thy name?
Thou only art holy, Thou only supreme.
To nations long dark Thy light shall be shown. Their worship and vows Shall come to thy throne.
Thy truth and thy judgments Shall spread all abroad,
Till earth’s ev’ry people Confess thee their God.
Alleluia!
Alleluia!
Alleluia!

May the candle guide my vision, May His light show me the way. May the light, be clear or dimming,
Shine upon me as I pray.
Truth unfolding right before me Leading toward the promised day. Restoration in its fullness Points my heart and leads the way.
Though the present days uncertain Beg to cast my faith aside,
With my vision fixed upon him In His care I will abide. Holding fast to Saints before me See their vision open wide,
Looking forward, now with purpose, Buoyed up on ev’ry side.
Looking forward to the future, Long awaited joyful day. Promised blessings yet unmeasured Open wide my simple faith.
One day we will stand united Fully seen in ev’ry way. Strong as sisters in one purpose,
Stand united in our faith.
Amen!

Baby so lovely and pure
Lord over heaven and earth
Laid in a manger to rest
Dreaming in slumber blessed
Sleep while the chorus above us is swelling And legions are telling good tidings of joy
Sleep while the angels sing carols so sweet
Child in a manger,
sleep.
Born as the shepherds abide
Keeping their flocks in the night
Laid in a manger to rest
Cradled in tenderness
Sleep while they haste through the darkness to find thee And kneel down beside thee in wonder and awe
Sleep while the angels watch over their sheep
Child in a manger,
sleep.
Born of the mercy of God
Gift of His infinite love
Laid in a manger to rest
Sleep, Son of Holiness Sleep while the starlight around us is falling
And angels are calling, “Come worship the King!”
Sleep while the Father enfolds us in peace
Child in a manger,
sleep.

With wond’ring awe the wisemen saw The star in heaven springing, And with delight in peaceful night, They heard the angels singing:
Hosanna, hosanna, hosanna to his name!
By light of star they traveled far To seek the lowly manger, A humble bed wherein was laid The wondrous little Stranger.
Hosanna, hosanna, hosanna to his name!
And still is found the world around, The old and hallowed story, And still is sung in ev’ry tongue The angels’ song of glory:
Hosanna, hosanna, hosanna, hosanna, hosanna Hosanna to his name!
Hosanna to his name!
Hosanna to his name!
The heav’nly star its rays afar On ev’ry land is throwing, And shall not cease till holy peace In all the earth is growing.
Hosanna, hosanna, hosanna, hosanna, Hosanna to his name!
Hosanna to his name! Hosanna to his name!
Hosanna to his name!
[APPLAUSE]

Silent night!
Holy night!
All is calm,
all is bright
Round yon virgin mother and Child.
Holy Infant, so tender and mild,
Sleep in heavenly peace.
Sleep in heavenly peace.
Silent night! Holy night!
Shepherds quake at the sight! Glories stream from heaven afar.
Heavenly hosts sing Alleluia!
Christ, the Savior, is born!
Christ, the Savior,
is born!
Silent night!
Oh, holy night!
Son of God,
love’s pure light Radiant beams from thy holy face,
With the dawn of redeeming grace,
Jesus, Lord, at thy birth.
Jesus, Lord,
Jesus, Lord,
at thy birth.

Reverently and meekly now, Let thy head most humbly bow. Think of me, thou ransomed one. Think what I for thee have done.
With my blood that dripped like rain, Sweat in agony of pain, With my body on the tree I have ransomed even thee.
Oh, remember what was done That the sinner might be won.
On the cross of Calvary I have suffered death for thee.
I have suffered death for thee.
Be obedient, I implore, Prayerful, watchful evermore, Oh forgive as thou wouldst be E’en forgiven now by me.
At the throne I intercede; For thee ever do I plead. I have loved thee as thy friend, With a love that cannot end.
With a love that cannot end.

Come, rejoice, the King of glory Speaks to earth again. Gladsome words ring out from heaven, Joyous, wondrous strain. Truth bursts forth in radiant light, Showing all the path of right. Shout hosanna to his name; One and all his might proclaim.
Angels, messengers from heaven, Come to earth once more; Bring to men the glorious gospel; Priceless truths restore. Let all hear who live today! This is life, the truth, the way. Shout hosanna to his name; One and all his might proclaim.
Ye heralds, sound the golden trump To earth’s remotest bound. Go spread the news from pole to pole In all the nations round:
That Jesus in the clouds above, With hosts of angels too, Will soon appear, his Saints to save, His enemies subdue.
That glorious rest will then commence Which prophets did foretell, When Saints will reign with Christ on earth, And in his presence dwell
A thousand years, oh, glorious day! Dear Lord, prepare my heart To stand with thee on Zion’s mount -And nevermore to part. -A thousand years, oh, glorious day! Dear Lord, prepare my heart To stand with thee on Zion’s mount And nevermore to part.
