I want you to know you're loved. People are aware of you.

And most importantly, your Heavenly Father and your Savior Jesus Christ are aware of you.

Ask Them in prayer to be with you and comfort you. Those that are here in this life, including your parent that's incarcerated,

was part of Heavenly Father's team.

We're the ones that stood up for the plan that allowed all of us to come to Earth and exercise our agency.

And sometimes people make poor choices and require them to serve

a term in prison or in jail. But it’s not a reflection of you.

It's not a reflection on you.

We refer to the Holy Ghost sometimes as the comforter, because that's the role the Holy Ghost plays so often is to comfort us.

And you can ask for that kind of help from your Heavenly Father.
