What have you heard?

Amalickiah seeks to be king and to destroy the church of God, and to destroy the foundation of liberty which God has granted unto us.

Many in the church believe his words and have dissented from the church.

How quick the children of men do forget the Lord their God.

We see the great wickedness one very wicked man can cause to take place.

We cannot allow him to destroy the church of God, and to destroy the foundation of liberty which God has granted unto us, or the blessing God has sent upon the face of the land for the righteous’ sake.

An unrighteous king will threaten our peace!

We shall not have our liberties taken away by an unrighteous king!

[CLOTH RIPPING]

[MUSIC PLAYING]

Our title of liberty.

In memory of our God, our religion, and freedom, and our peace, our wives, and our children.

[MUSIC PLAYING]

Lord,

I pray for the blessings of liberty to rest upon my brethren, so long as there should a band of Christians remain to possess the land.

They are true believers in Christ and take upon themselves, gladly, the name of Christ.

I pray that the cause of the Christians, and the freedom of the land might be favored.

Amen.

Behold!

We live in a chosen land, and the land of liberty.

Surely God shall not suffer that we, who are despised because we take upon us the name of Christ, shall be trodden down and destroyed, until we bring it upon us by our own transgressions.

Whosoever will maintain this title, let them come forth in the strength of the Lord, and enter into a covenant that they will maintain their rights, and their religion, that the Lord God may bless them!

Captain Moroni is rallying the people!

The time has come.

Start gathering everyone.

Take a sword and be ready.

A sword?

I am a judge, not a soldier.

Do you doubt the justice of the cause?

[SUSPENSSFUL MUSIC PLAYING]

[CROUD YELLING]

We covenant with our God,

that we shall be destroyed if we shall fall into transgression!

He may cast us at the feet of our enemies,

even as we have cast our garments at thy feet, if we shall fall into transgression!

We are a remnant of the seed of Jacob; yea, we are the remnant of the seed of Joseph, whose coat was rent by his brethren into many pieces; let us remember to keep the commandments of God, or our

garments shall be rent by our brethren, and we be cast into

prison, or be sold, or be slain.

Let us preserve our liberty as a remnant of Joseph;

and stand fast in the faith of Christ!

For freedom!

For our families!

Our faith!

Go forth in all the land and gather together all the people who are desirous to maintain their liberty, and to stand against Amalickiah and those who have dissented.

They are lazy, they are weak, and they are insignificant fools. We will have power over the people!

Fight for me, we will rule together!

- Our peace! - Our peace!

- Our God! - Our God!

- Our families! - Our families!

- Our freedom! - Our freedom!

- Our peace! - Our peace!

- Our God! - Our God!

They are more numerous than we are.

I fear we shall not gain the point.

- Our peace! - Our peace!

- Our God! - Our God!

- Our families! - Our families!

Depart to the Lamanites.

- Our peace! - Our peace!

- Our God! - Our God!

- Our families! - Our families!

- Our freedom! - Our freedom!

- Our peace! - Our peace!

- Our God! - Our God!

Moroni did glory in doing good, in preserving his people, yea, in keeping the commandments of God, yea,

and resisting iniquity.

If all men had been, and were, and ever would be, like unto Moroni, behold, the very powers of hell would have been shaken forever; yea, the devil would never have power over the hearts of

the children of men.
