Nourishing one’s faith is vital

when we are dealing with others with questions, or with our own questions. I love the word nourish because it is a very active word.

It’s a working word. It’s not something we can just do passively. I think we need to take our faith just as seriously as a living thing. Our faith is alive. It’s either thriving, or it’s faltering.

And that has a great deal to do with our choices that we make every single day. Do we choose to give time to the Lord? I think nourishing our faith means being intentional about strengthening our faith through a variety of different means.

But in doing so, we are then in a healthy position to help those who come to us.

We are ready for whatever comes our way, whether it's loved ones with questions or random strangers in an airport with questions, we will be prepared and able to to answer them.
