A Place of Peace

Music for Choirs, Submitted Music (2012-present)

A place of peace the temple stands apart of God’s eternal plan,

Where we receive His sacred rites, clothed in robed of purest white.

A place of joy the temple gleams fulfilling righteous hopes and dreams.

Within the temple we are fed and by His Spirit, and His precepts, we are led.

A house of God where He abides, the temple changes hearts and lives.

Those who humbly seek His holy face, receive His Spirit, His blessing, and His grace.

A place of rest from earthly care, the temple is a house of prayer,

Where light abounds and knowledge true shall purify and hearts renew.

In temples pure, we serve the Lord, obey His law and learn his word.

We magnify our Father’s will and sacred promises fulfill.

A house of God where He abides, the temple changes hearts and lives.

Those who humbly seek His holy face, receive His Spirit, His blessing, and His grace.
