Have You Felt to Sing?

Have you felt to sing of the Lord’s redeeming love?

Have you knelt in gratitude for his atoning blood?

Have you felt the mighty change His spirit doth endow?

And if so can you feel so now?

Have you come to Christ and relied upon his grace?

Has His holy image been engraved upon your face?

Have you giv’n your sins away in willing sacrifice?

Have you yielded your heart to Christ?

Have you sought in prayer to obtain the love of Christ>

And the peace he purchased for you at so great a price?

Do you sense your nothingness and Jesus mighty pow’r? Do you wait on His love each hour?

Do you wait on His love each hour?

I will praise my Lord for His kindness and His grace,

For the tender mercies felt within His love’s embrace.

And with songs of joyful worship I will lift my voice,

For in Christ doth my heart rejoice!
