Help Us, Lord, To Do Thy Will (Moffit)

Help Us, Lord, To Do Thy Will (Moffit)

Music for Choirs, Submitted Music (1992-1997)

Help us, Lord, to do Thy will,

Let Thy presence linger still.

May our lips proclaim Thy word,

Ever in Thy praise be heard.

Let our eyes reflect Thy light,

Heavenly goals our purpose bright.

Help us leave no need unfilled.

Help the anguished cry be stilled

And ins erving may we be

Filled with sweet felicitiy.

May we each both night and day

Live the kinder Christ like way.

May our hearts, in harmony,

Search for truth on bended knee,

And repent when need is found,

Building on more solid ground.

Love our watchword, peace our plea,

Families for eternity.

Help our hands to daily find

Task the Savior brings to mind.

Nail prints as the evidence,

How can we make recompense?

May our dedication be

Lives of service Lord to Thee.
