I seem to feel His love for me each day, I feel it when I kneel at down to pray.
I love the Lord, I love the pow’r divine by which His light can reach a soul like mine,
And make the heart within me seem to burn and hunger so to live and so to learn.
I love the Lord! And when His spirit seems to speak to me, and bids me burn the dross, come and be free;
When tears have cleansed my eyes and I can see the path that He has trod ahead of me
