For beauty, truth, and light,
For blessings streaming from above

We thank thee for our loves ones here;

For friends and fam’ly gone but dear,

When sore temptations veil the sun,
Our constant guide be thou.
Not our own will but thine be done.
To thy plan we shall bow.
We blame thee not for earthly trials
That we may feel to fear,
For once we look back o’er the miles
Thou shalt dry ev’ry tear.
Thy hand is over all the earth
No sparrow falls unseen.
