Let the music of the Sabbath fill my soul,
Fill my being with the Spirit, make me whole.
As I listen to the melody on this, the Lord’s own day,
May the teachings of the Master touch my heart and light my way,
As the music of the Sabbath fills my soul.
Let the music of our singing fill the air
Like a gathering of angels, like a prayer.
May the lyric testimony and the reverent harmony
Be the power that unites us, makes us one eternally,
As the message of our singing fills the air.
Refrain: As we sing unto the father and the Son,
May the anthems we are singing make us one.
May the sweet, uplifting music, with the message that it brings,
Enlighten every spirit, and exalt us as we sing
Grateful praises to the Father and the Son.
