PROJECT: Child Nutrition Video – Weights and Measures
FOR: Welfare Department of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints
SEEKING: Children ages 6 months – 5 years, and Adults ages 22 – 60; Filipino, African, and Latin American ethnicities.
CHURCH MEMBERSHIP: Applicants must be amenable to working for this project sponsored by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Membership is helpful, but not required.
SCOPE: This project will create videos to train volunteers how to weigh and measure children to assess nutritional needs. The videos will be used in Africa, the Philippines, and South America, and there will be separate versions of the videos for each of these locations.
SHOOT LOCATION: Provo, Utah. (Must work as a local. No travel or accommodations provided.)

There will be three separate casts: a Filipino cast, an African cast, and a Latin American cast. There is no dialogue; no lines to memorize. You will be directed on set in English. No prior acting experience is necessary.
1. Health Care Providers: adult men and women, ages 22-60.
Rate: $650/day (plus 20% agency fee, if applicable).
Time Commitment: 2 days.
2. Mothers and Fathers: adult men and women, ages 22-45.
Rate: $650/day (plus 20% agency fee, if applicable).
Time Commitment: 1 day.
3. Infants and Children: boys and girls, ages 6 months - 5 years.
Rate: $200 - $250/day (plus 20% agency fee, if applicable).
Time Commitment: ½ - 1 day.
Take 4 current photos of yourself. A digital photo with your phone is absolutely fine.

This is to help us get a sense of your on-camera personality. Relax and be yourself.
(1) Record yourself in good lighting, facing camera. You may stand or sit.
(2) Introduce yourself: full name and where you live (and agency, if applicable).
(3) Tell us where you were born and raised.
(4) Share one thing you love about where you were born and raised. (Less than 30 seconds.)
(5) Upload your video to an online video sharing site like YouTube or Vimeo and copy the “share” URL address.
