Antidote for Loneliness
I am a single adult and find that I have nothing scheduled on Sunday evenings. I have found this time ideal for writing in my journal and sending postcards and letters to members of my family.
A bond has grown between my brother and me because of the weekly “caring” notes. And the warmth I feel as I write my thoughts to my family and friends dispels loneliness and brings me in touch with my own feelings and the Spirit of the Lord. Marie Stealey, Sunnyvale, California
