Crocheted Pumpkin
You will need: four-ply worsted or acrylic yarn or craft yarn, medium-size crochet hook, scissors, black felt, and glue.

Row 1: Chain 6. Slip stitch together to form ring.

Row 2: Chain 3. Double crochet in center of ring 11 times so that 12 stitches are formed, counting chain 3 as one. Slip stitch in top stitch of chain 3.

Row 3: Chain 3. Do 2 double crochets in each double crochet all the way around. Slip stitch in top of chain 3. You now have 24 stitches.

Row 4: Chain 3. Double crochet in next 4 double crochets. Do 2 double crochets in next stitch. Double crochet in next 10 stitches. Do 2 double crochets in next stitch. Double crochet in each of remaining 7 stitches. Slip stitch in top stitch of chain 3. You now have 26 stitches around.

Row 5: Chain 3. Double crochet in all 26 stitches. Slip stitch in top stitch of chain 3.

Row 6: Chain 3. Double crochet in first stitch. Skip next stitch. Double crochet in next 2 stitches. Skip 1 stitch. Double crochet in next 2 stitches. Continue around. Slip stitch in top stitch of chain 3.

Row 7: Chain 16 to form handle. Attach handle to other side of pumpkin. Fasten off.

Cut out eyes, nose, and mouth from felt, then glue them on pumpkin.
