Smile

One day I smiled at Heather,

And Heather smiled at Jim;

Jim smiled at Eric,

And Eric smiled at Kim;

Kim smiled at Geoffrey,

And Geoffrey smiled at Jon;

Jon then smiled at someone else,

And so that smile went on—

It went from door to door,

It went across the sea,

It travelled all around the world

And came back home to me!
