“Ice-Cream” Breakfast Shakes
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup milk
3/4 cup frozen fruit of your choice
2–3 tablespoons honey or sugar
Place all the ingredients in a blender, cover, and blend together until smooth and creamy. Pour or spoon the mixture into two glasses.
