Rules for the Road
Don’t sit on anyone’s head.
Don’t paint your toenails red.
Don’t blow bubbles with your gum.
Don’t ask if your frog can come.
Don’t make art on nearby knees.
Don’t bring snacks of stinky cheese.
Keep your feet inside the car.
Please don’t bring your tadpole jar.
Leave your drums back at the house
With your ant farm and your mouse.
Don’t make airplanes with the maps
Or stow away your dogs and cats.
Keep your elbows at your side,
And then we can enjoy the ride!
