With the Savior
When I read the scriptures,
It almost seems to me
That I am with the Savior
While He teaches by the sea.
His words mean so very much.
They show me that He cares.
The scriptures bring me close to Him
And make me feel I’m there.
So every night I read them
Before I go to bed.
It fills my heart with gladness
To read what the Savior said.
