Hidden Word
Endowment: Worthy Church members receive the endowment, a spiritual gift, in the temple. The scriptures explain it as being “endowed with power from on high” (D&C 38:32). It is a gift of knowledge that includes things we must learn in order to return to Heavenly Father, such as the purpose of life, the mission and Atonement of Jesus Christ, and Heavenly Father’s plan for His children.
