Do the activity and earn a badge each month. By the end of the year, you’ll be an official family history finder!

You’re going to learn a lot about your family this year. Decorate a family history folder, binder, or box where you can collect things each month. Here are some decoration ideas:

• Family photos or a drawing of your family

• A map of places you’ve lived

• Words or pictures of activities your family likes to do

Set!

Visit FamilySearch.org and have an adult sign up for an account using the same log-in information as LDS.org. You’ll be using FamilySearch.org for some of the quests later in the year.

Go!

Congratulations. You’ve earned your first badge! Cut it out and glue it to the badge keeper below. Then hang on to the badge keeper so you can add to it next month. Print more copies at FriendFHQ.lds.org.
